Everybody who ever visited Costa Rica knows its a special place on our planet. A small country in Central America that is safe, clean and welcoming to visitors. Everybody who ever visited Samara knows that this is one of the most precious gems of Costa Rica. Samara has long white sand beaches with gentle waters, the little island Chora and its coral reef. Surfers, swimmers, divers, sports-fishers and families with children, they all visit the beaches of Samara.
And Samara is more then a charming beachtown for foreign visitors. It has a vivid local community. You can see the typical Guanacaste-cowboy riding his horse in the street, fisherman coming back from their night-shift, or you might be stopped while driving your car because a hurd of Brahmans (the typical Guanacaste cow) blocks the road. Los Caballos
Los Caballos is a new residential park just a few kilometers outside Samara in the province of Guanacaste in Costa Rica. It consists of 100 lots that are for sale from October 2010.
The park is designed with a special eye for privacy and touch with nature for inhabitants. A 182 hectare (450 acres) nature-area on a gentle hillside is the basis for Los Caballos. From this 182 hectare, 43 hectare is used to create 100 residential lots.
This means that on Los Caballos you will find all the space you can imagine to realize your dream of living in nature. Los Caballos has stunning views, on the ocean and on the surrounding mountains and valleys. There are parts of primary forest, meadows and gentle hills. Three rivers run over the land, one of them carries water all year and functions in the rainy season as a sweetwater swimmingpool.
There is abundant wildlife on the land. The park is situated on the main road from Nicoya to Samara 5 kilometers before the centre of Samara. The town of Samara, with its high quality beaches, is on just a few minutes driving. There is an airport and the town has a wide range of hotels, restaurants and bars. There is a police-station in town and you will also find schools, a doctor, a postoffice and banks. In other words; everything you could need is available on short distance.
In the tourist season, Samara caters to many vacationers from all over the world. This means that if you would choose to build your (second) home on Los Caballos, you can rent it out during the tourist season. Local brokers, affiliated with us, are happy to organize this for you.
On the Masterplan-page, you can see in the pricelist that the prices range from US$ 35,000 till US$ 99,000. On top of the selling-price you pay US$ 7,800 for the installation of water and electricity to your lot. This amount will be hold in an escrow account and will only come available for the seller when this installation is realized. Controlled by a public notary.
